These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Saber West website and transportation services provided by Saber West LLC DBA Saber West Limo & Bus Service ("Saber West," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking service, or opting into SMS communications, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
2. Services and Quotes
Saber West provides luxury transportation services including black car, chauffeur, airport, shuttle, limo, and bus service. Quotes, estimates, and online pricing displays are informational and non-binding until confirmed in writing or by dispatch. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability, route feasibility, and final confirmation by Saber West.
3. Booking and Cancellation
- Bookings may be made through our website, by phone, email, WhatsApp, or other approved channels.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time generally qualify for a full refund or credit, unless otherwise stated at booking.
- Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to be ready at the scheduled pickup time may result in charges up to the full reserved fare or applicable minimums.
- Special events, multi-vehicle bookings, and peak-demand dates may have different cancellation terms disclosed at the time of booking.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment for services must be made in full prior to or at the time of service unless Saber West approves alternate billing arrangements in writing.
- We accept major credit cards, cash, and other payment methods as communicated by dispatch.
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking, cleaning fees, or route changes approved during service.
- Billing disputes must be reported within 7 days of the charge.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
You agree to use our services lawfully and in accordance with all applicable laws. Passengers must behave respectfully toward chauffeurs and vehicles. Misuse, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, illegal substances, or damage to vehicles may result in service termination and additional charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saber West is not liable for delays, missed connections, or service failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical failures, airport delays, security events, or force majeure events. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific trip is limited to the amount paid for that trip, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
8. SMS Terms & Conditions
SMS Consent
